Galerina hybrida e G. mairei (G. tibiicystis s. auct.) sono trattate come due specie differenti e le due specie molto simili Galerina cephalescens (syn. G. permixta) e G. tundrae sono studiate in modo approfondito.

Illustrated descriptions with short discussions are given for 16 Galerina taxa collected in Flanders, northern Belgium. Galerina hybrida and G. mairei (G. tibiicystis s. auct.) are accepted as 2 distinct species but the close relationship between Galerina cephalescens (syn. G. permixta) and G. tundrae should be investigated in detail.
